I asked the seller to hold on to them for a while, as I was still bidding on another item in their auction. Unfortunately I wasn't successful but as soon as the auction was closed my item was sent. Good communication and a recommended seller.

Dependable product for a DIYer
Adheres well provided you do not let it be too runny. The instructions tell you to add too much water. I suggest adding half the recommended amount, mixing that and then adding a little more gradually; it should be just about solid or liquid. Remember to dampen the surface beforehand; this is more important if your mix is on the solid side. I used a gardener's mist sprayer. As per the specification, the mix dries out quite quickly so plan on using it quickly. I did not bother too much about getting a flat finish but then my existing render is rough anyway. If you want a flat finish I suggest mixing up batches of 1.25kgs so you have time to smooth it out properly. As per the instructions, do not try to layer it too thinly. The mix is heavy so expect to drop lumps off the trowel especially if you are up a ladder! I used only 3 kgs of the mix so having 2 lots of 5kgs is useful. A week later the repaired render is solid, resists movement and impact, and has survived a day of steady rain.

Easy to assemble and good value
Not sure if this is an accurate portrayal of the prototype; a location and date for that would be useful. Surprisingly this fitted within the sleepering of finescale Code 75 track unlike older Peco buffer stops. Even more pleasantly surprising is that there is an EM gauge option. It is a bit tight to fit to the rails but that has the advantage of holding firm in use. One criticism is that it uses the same dark brown plastic as Peco sleepers; why cannot they use a mid brown plastic that approximates to rust, thus saving us having to overpaint?

not fit for purpose
Does not fit!
My local garage have charged me for fitting and replacing with the original broken headlamp.
Awful
