Wooden Handled Fantastic Hammers
Hammers with hickory handles/wood handles are not suitable for use according to stupid health and safety advisers who prefer plastic!! Remember the excellent regularly cleaned buitchers' wooden chopping blocks that were replaced by plastic ones for similar reasons and were subsequnetly found to give much RSI (repetitive strain injury) to the poor people who used them and were subsequently replaced by the "old" wooden ones! I'm so pleased to be able to buy wooden handled hammers that are so suitable to be held in the hand and manipulated - no problem with dealing with plastic with its greater specific heat (thus always feeling cold when picked up), and, of course, RSI!
