The seller and I ran into a problem with USPS saying they had delivered the item when it was in fact lost or stolen. I really appreciate the seller's willingness to refund me without further hassle dealing with eBay and USPS. The seller showed goodwill and wanted to make this right, even though it was not their fault at all. I think that reflects very highly on this seller and would definitely recommend you give them your business!

I wanted to follow up to warn other buyers. This seller double crossed me, after I closed my eBay case to allow the seller to process the refund, and left them this positive feedback, they decided not to refund me thinking I would have no further recourse to pursue my claim. They are now "ghosting me". I am filing a fraud claim with the issuing bank for my Visa in an attempt to hold this seller accountable. Be warned!
