Not as good as darker shade

This is my second bottle of this but I had to get the lightest shade this time. It goes on ok, covers well, but doesn’t quite blend in to the skin like the darker shade. It does cover well and hide most blemishes. After a couple of hours or so it starts to separate, looks patchy and awful.
