stick with it
This is a classic rubber bbased photoglue. It allows about a minute for repositionig work. It is not wet, and so minimises the chance of wrinkles. Any spilt can be easilly rubbed off when dry. Excellent.

All you might need to know
I have had a copy of this book for 40 years. It is clearly written. the great joy of it for me is in his ability to give understanding to spicing and process. I am rarely left wondering why? for long when using his recipes. It does not waste time chatting about grandma this or auntie that; it does give an understanding of groups of spicesand herbs and where they fit; how they can be substituted, and ulimately to allow the cook to taste the finished dish in anticipation. All of the recipes that I have used have worked, but the great joy of the book is not as a collection of recipies to follow, but as an in depth introduction to the ingredients an tecniques. STRONGLY RECCOMMENDED
