  Quick dispatch and delivery but description wasn't 100% accurate. Listed as 'sealed' but both box seals were broken. Package showed no sign of tampering. Headphones look ok and in so far as I've been able to test at this time work fine. However would have preferred them to be listed as 'opened - never used' if that was indeed the case.

  Thank you for your feedback, the headphones are definitely brand new sealed at the point of dispatch, however the tiny transparent seal might broke during the shipping and handling by the courier, headphones were shipped twice at this point. rest assured it's a brand new never touched product, apologies for any inconvenience.
