Good sleep aid
6 of 6 found this helpful Genuine product. It works very well. It helps to fall asleep quicker. I could work out what's the best dose for me because it comes as 1mg tablets. I take it with GABA supplement for long term insomnia and it does the trick for me.

Colour as described
I have been dying my hair with henna for nearly 2 years. I was looking for a method to make my colour less warm. It is great product. My hair looks healthy and thick and it is actually quite ashy. Gorgeous shade of brown. Love it.
