The truth will change you for the better

It tells you you fat, visceral fat and bmi.
I've used this now for 2 weeks and at first I didn't trust it but after vigorous test and working out how to use it its great.
Firstly you must use it on a hard flat surface.
Secondly you must understand how your body works.
Ie if you use it in the morning your fat reading in going to be higher than the eve cos of body storage over night while you rest.
It really is that accurate.
I'm 13 in the morning and 8.4 in the eve + if I train hard in eve it has gone down to 5.2 body fat.
Anyway I don't want to go on and on but understanding how your body works will help you with the understanding of the readings.
Bmi is a bit out but in a body builder so that's not a prob. The fat and visceral is the main thing.
Seriously it will change your life and the way you eat.

Filters that work
These filters work great 👍
I bought the cheap k&n style ones before these and had issues so looked again and sure these.
Fitting them in minutes and they fit very well + look the part too.
The bike runs much better and is now working very well

Mirrors that work
These mirrors look a lot more expensive than they are.
Very good quality and well designed.
They actually work and by saying that I mean you can get a good view behind you.
This is because they are a good size and shape and you can position them very well because of their design.
Best bar end mirrors I’ve ever bought
and a bargain baboon.
