Easy to use
Cheaper than trying to build a manifold using individual fittings.

Arcing
1 of 1 found this helpful When I first attempted to plug the magnetic T fitting into my MacBook Pro, the outer ring of the plug touched the side of the laptop case, resulting in electrically arcing. This produced a black burn/scorching mark and a small melted-out pinhole at the point of contact. One of the terminals in the plug also melted away. Good thing the computer was turned off at the time.

I wqnted a whiter white than the low-end incadescent equivalent (2700K), and found a 5000K flood to be too much. This 4,000K is just right.
