Features of Lomo cameras

A Lomo camera is quirky and has a lens that swings across the film plane to give a wide format picture plane. Some models, like the Action Sampler, have multiple lenses which will take several smaller images on the film. The full film range covers 35mm, 120mm and 110mm formats and includes colour negative, redscale, slide and black and white film.

A Lomo Instant camera is fully automatic and easy to use with a wide angle glass lens. The Glass version is multi-coated to reduce reflections and a maximum aperture of f/4.5. The camera also has auto mode, a remote control shutter release, a close-up lens attachment, bulb mode, multiple exposure mode, splitzer attachment and colour gel flash filters.

The Lomo Belair X 6-12 Trailblazer is a lightweight, medium format camera for panoramic photography with auto-exposure and interchangeable lenses. The camera uses 120 film and has an automatic shutter system. It can take photos in square 6x6 and regular 6x9 formats, and features a reliable fold-out bellows system which when collapsed, gives you a portable sized camera. A 90mm and 58mm lens offer high quality photos but the film sensitivity needs to be set.

Instant Lomo cameras

Lomo cameras are also available as instant cameras that can switch from a 35mm format to the LC-A+ Instant camera. These are fully automatic and suitable for night time photography with long exposure, with or without flash, as well as multiple exposures. They feature a cable release function, accessory lenses and an external viewfinder.

The underwater Lomo LC-A+ has a Krab Underwater Housing and is functional up to a depth of 20m. It has strong seals and retains all capabilities of a standard Lomo camera, and it can be used in all weather conditions.
