Displaying product safety and hazardous materials information in your listings provides buyers with clear information about the product risk and can help them make an informed buying decision.
- Under GPSR, product safety information might include, for example, the presence of button batteries or coin batteries or suitability of the product for children under three. Sellers need to include the related product safety information in their listings when delivering to the EU or Northern Ireland
- Under CLP, hazardous materials include, for example, many cleaning products, solvents, paints, adhesives and aerosol sprays. Sellers need to include the hazard properties from the product label when delivering to the EU or the UK
This page will provide you with details of what you need to do.
