Free and fast delivery
- You offer a free domestic delivery service within 3 working days.
- You offer an express delivery option within 2 working days, for no more than £10.
- You provide tracked services for all items listed for £20 and above.
Returns policy
- You guarantee 30-day returns in accordance with your returns policy.

You can send items via the Royal Mail and offer eBay Premium Service. If you’re currently listing with Royal Mail 2nd Class (2 to 3 working days) or Royal Mail 1st Class (1 to 2 working days) then you must amend your listing to ensure you still qualify for eBay Premium Service.
Parcels sent with these services will qualify for the eBay Premium Service badge. Letter and Large Letter items over the value of £20 sent with Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class aren’t eligible as Royal Mail don’t provide delivery confirmation for these services.
You could upgrade to a tracked service to qualify for eBay Premium Service if you send a Letter or Large Letter item. Please change the postage service at listing level to accurately reflect the service you intend to use.
