Old but good!

These old Linksys routers still work very well when flashed with DDWRT firmware, this one I used as a "client bridge" to provide network to my static caravan which is some distance from the site wireless AP.

DD-WRT Router

Solid and well proven product but getting a little old now. Not possible to use the best DD-WRT as the memory is too small

Cheap, good range, flexible, reliable.

I bought this model because::
* it can operate at an extended range - with suitable firmware and appropriate config__
* it's a Cisco product so has a brand of quality__
* it has a built-in power supply__
* being Cisco, it has a wide range of config options__
* it's remotely manageable - not all Wifi routers are__
* it can be configured as a relay to the main broadband router - not all Wifi routers can__
* there are plenty of second hand ones available cheaply__.__

Does the job.

These are great little routers, inexpensive and suitable for flashing with DD-WRT firmware. Buying used there is always a small chance of it being bricked, but the one I bought was fine.

Rock solid b/g wireless router

This is still a rock solid wireless router for anyone wanting to run dd-wrt firmware.

If you don't need "n" speed this is a great choice

A bit of difficulty setting up but once setup work perfectly, good product

Work perfect as a bridge with TV, Skybox and bluray player.

Great little thing if you want to make wireless connection between two places in your house. It's easy to make it working as a 4-ports bridge, using perfect instrution from i.e. http://www.maximumpc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=114319 .
It's pointless to buy 1-port wifi adapter from Sky (60 pounds!), you can have 4-ports bridge for 12 pounds. Of course you need a bit of experience in network configuration.Read full review...
