For the cash nothing competes

Just fitted this into a kia sportage 2007 model along with a pioneer double din stereo and four brand new pioneer door speakers. Result is astounding considerably better than the standard system. Considering that i spent less than 375 quid on the full system I have to say that the subwoofer is the icing on the cake sound wise and gives you a really crunchy bass end once you have set the unit up to your liking. You can also install the unit very easily with little to no previous experience of fitting car audio as long as you are prepared to be careful with removing any necessary trim. As much bass as you need to fill a big car with sound with the need to annoy your neighbours by being to loud. The remote is a good idea although 15 feet of cable is a bit excessive for under the drivers seat although i can see the need for the length if you want to put it in the boot of a large vehicle. Would recommend without any hesitation as the finishing touch to a good head unit and speaker set up. And no, you will not want to install a second one as the bass output is excellent for the size of the item. Read full review

Integrated bass without the space

Good quality product for the price and a worthy upgrade to augment weedy bass in a standard head-unit set up. Enough to vibrate the rear-view mirror but not enough to blow the windows out which is just what I needed to make the car journeys more enjoyable.

Pretty easy to install with a little knowhow. YouTube videos will give you more insight in the install compared to the instructions it comes with.

Completely stealth under the driver's seat and gives the impression, when properly set-up, that your current install just got a massive bass cone size upgrade.

Wired remote is useful, however, mine's now tucked away since it's tuned to how I like it and can enjoy the in-car tunes without the need to fiddle on the fly(!)

First sub I've ever put in a car and the system's gone from adequate to great. It's the best value investment I've spent on improving an in-car system in 30 years of driving.

Ok it's small...ok it's budget....but this punches well above it's weight...the extra control for Dynamic or normal will allow you to get the best from Rock or Trance/techno ... The system I had was non too shabby with hi level JBL all round but this gives a bottom end punch and allows me to back off the equalizer and give thee speakers an easier time for more volume...I now have deeper bass and louder more controlled music...it's a win win Read full review
