Be sure to factory reset the Harmony Hub because it shows the previous owners devices and activities. After the reset, hub connected to my account and synced my activities. Seems to be working fine with Alexa.Read full review

One thing I have learned is to use the Logitech website to update the device's firmware before trying to use it. This update cannot be done with the Harmony app. The device must be connected to your computer for the update. Not hard to do.Read full review
