Like all purple shampoo it dries your hair but this is by far the best I have used. Lathers well, pleasant smell. Arrived quickly 2 small bottles enabled me to try it out as have purchased large bottles and binned them in the past. Good quality silver / white hair shampoo but don't leave it on hair too long you get that blue rinse look . not great for men .it is the normal purple shade shampoo .

The best brightening shampoo in my experience of several

I have silver gray hair and have used a few brightening shampoos throughout the years. This is without question the best that I have used - no yellow hues, hair looks bright and shiny. Personally, I use my regular shampoo for the first wash and then a very small amount L’Oriel Mgnesium Silver shampoo which I leave on for about two minutes.
