dance cardio - really dissapointed far to hard to follow

I loved tracys mat workout dvd so I was excited about doing the cardio dvd. I was very dissapointed with the whole thing. Unless you have loads of room and are a trained dancer these moves were really hard to follow and she went through them too quickly. tracys method is still really good I just found the cardio dance moves too hard. I'll be sticking to my own thirty min cardio and doing the mat dvd as extra. I dont recommend the dance cardio unless you have lots of room to do it an and are fairly co ordinated or have a dance backgroundRead full review...
