Still going but smaller than new 'Phones

1. The model supplied was black and silver, not just black.
2. I bought the model because my old one of ten or more years was literally coming apart but was still soldiering on. It still is but needs replacement.
3. I still have lots of work for it to do on 2g although I now have a Smart Phone too.
4. It is small and compact and will tuck into my shirt chest pocket. Most, but not all of it's features are the same between the two Nokia 6300 machines.
5. The new one does not flash indicator lights like the old one when you have a message waiting which is a bit of a disappointment. The new one works slightly differently to the old one but makes a very good replacement.

Nokia 6300

I ordered this phone because I have been using one for a lot of years and it has been very good but the case and screen have seen better days. On receiving the new 6300 I used it for a day and the battery seemed to discharge a lot quicker than my old phone so I put it on charge but it would not charge up so I put the battery in my old phone to recharge which worked ok. So rather than mess about returning new phone I have used the case, buttons and screen on the internals of my old phone. If I had known the problems I was going to have I would have just bought the parts I needed to repair my old 6300 which would have been cheaper.Read full review...

Genuine Nokia 6300

This is a brand new genuine Nokia mobile phone (unlocked). It is small and robust with all the recognised features and functions. Easy to set-up and use. Useful phone but battery has very short life.

Will take some time to get used to as arranged differently to previous Nokia phone. Have not tried most features yet.

Cheap, small keys, short battery life.

The keys on the keypad are very small, which makes it a pain to text. The battery runs down very quickly. But I suppose it was cheap, so perhaps not too much call for complaint...

Perfect small feature phone

Had my original Nokia 6300 for years and it did what i wanted it to do. Wife dropped it on a concrete floor so needed a like for like replacement. Good phone but buy a proper new one from a shop not ebay.....

These phones are reconditioned, but not to the orgional way of functioning, I bought this phone as I have had 3 new ones in the last 5 years and they are easy to use, the one i bought has the silent function set differently etc, also I noticed the test for pictures and vidio that the phone was Repaired . Its battery is not like the orgional less time before charging, I am disappointed, But I will buy the same phone if it came from Hungryia or Japan....Read full review...
