For the money..
For the money, you can't complain. If you spend more you'll get more. I bought this because it was a bargain, although it's a bargain because it's not that great.. The cable is too thin, therefore not heavy enough to spin quick enough when skipping and throws your rhythm. My old speed rope was thicker and was perfect but I stupidly cut it too short and therefore is no use hence purchasing this one! But now I'll have to get another thicker one again!Read full review...

nifty product spoiled by poor quality build
Wind resistance is the best I've used for outside all weather training. Smooth, fast, sprint running.
The problem was shoddy cabling casing which has split on ground contact after 2 months eventually the wire has splintered too.
One handle swivel snapped when dropped.

Waste of money
This speed rope is fine if you are just skipping single unders.
However, there are no real bearings in this item and therefore it doesn't move quick enough for Double Unders.
do yourself a favour and spend the extra on a Rogue or a SGF speed rope. I have and it is awesome.
You get what you pay for and these are a waste of money.
best use for this rope, i have got a spare rope for my SGF.

I was sceptical about this as someone else said it's no good for double unders but I can do double unders with it no problem.
It seems good quality though I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far so good. It's adjustable. I'm 6 feet tall with very long legs and the rope could still be adjusted so that it's a bit longer than my preferred length.Read full review...
