An excellent and enjoyable film

Excellent western that is not violent and heavy. It has a generally light atmosphere, following the last week before Captain Brittles retires. There are some comic moments and a romantic sub-plot. A most enjoyable film that I have watched many times. It is very different to The Searchers or Josie Wales, but is an excellent film in its own way.Read full review
