Good Value and functions versatile.

Has the features of much more expensive programmers. A bit fiddly to programme - most of them are. On-line instructions slightly more detailed than printed version. Displayed characters (other than time) rather small, so better place programmer near head height.. Not been in long enough to say anything about reliability.Read full review...

Salus EP210 review

Replaced a dying programmer with the same make, now sporting a 5 year warranty, making for great value for money. Not as easy to read when things are happening, as the symbols are small and not illuminated. I liked the previous model's gentle blue glowing LEDs, and I had half expected something similar.
Long term reliability to be established.

Neat and functional

Had looked at various options to replace old Potterton programmer, hampered by an adjacent isolation switch which I found meant that not all alternatives would fit. Specs don't always reveal the back plate position, which can be offset. No problems with the Salus it's slap bang in the centre. Looks much smarter than the old unit!Read full review...

Good timer

Great little timer for hot water and central. Heating. Would be a 5star except its a little complicated to set up if you want different on and off times each day but once set is easy to use. Or just use the advance button.Read full review...

Good product, good price good packaging, good delivery.

This programmer does everything you want from a 2 channel none wireless device. It fits the standard industry backplate, has channel on/ off advance as well 1 - 9 hour dual channel boost advance. There are 3 pairs of programmable on/ off times divided into weekdays and weekends. Hot water and central heating times can be programmed separately if required. The only drawback is the smallish display screen with even smaller lettering and symbols. Bright 'led' on indicator lamps would have helped, but nonetheless, it's still a good product.Read full review...

Stylish update from Salus.

A more stylish unit compared to its predecessor, less obtrusive with no bright lights but not so easy to see what programme is running from a distance. Standard backplate makes it a simple swap but as with any electrical product the real test is its longevity. Not famed for their reliability Salus controls are remarkably economical to buy which compensates, in fact the purchase price here is 25% of the cost of some other controllers. I have stuck with Salus (thermostats and programmer) due to the excellent value.Read full review...
