Great but a bit tight.
I've had Oxford products in the past and have been very happy with them. My only criticism with this Neck tube is it's a bit on the tight side. The Oxford tube I had in the past was fine. This one is too tight and my head hasn't grown.Read full review...

I wouldn't describe the material as 100% cotton. seems more like a Cottton/Lycra blend material.
