The best 100% bar I have found, but stores where I live don't carry it. Note that this is not the same as a bittersweet or cooking chocolate. It is not for everyone, lacking sugar.

Very fine chocolate.
Excellent chocolate . Some of the best I ever had. This is the 100% version but I found the 90% and milder 70% to be equally good.
