Getting in a Flap?

Solid brass flap which appears to have a lacquered finish, which has somewhat detracted from the fine polished surface. This was a replacement (my dog at the time, had attempted to snatch letters when posted through and damaged the flap), this new flap is of equal quality and gauge of brass, although finish is not quite as good, however it does represent excellent value for money.Read full review...

Not really a draught excluder, more a letter hole tidy.

Cheaply made with some rough edges, it doesn't really exclude draughts, as there is a large gap at the top hindge part where draughts whistle through. Does okay to tidy the letter box slot and not too hard to fit, with only two screws each side, totaling four to hold it on. Time will tell if it keeps its brass colour.Read full review...

Cover plate was all there & fitted o.k, but was spoiled by staining at the top in several places. could not be bothered to send it back, so fitted anyway, staining which is in the finish wont clean off, but not too noticeable, poor though!Read full review...
