great colour with no horrid smell
I have been using the Indus Valley gel colour for a while now , its so gentle on my fine hair , i used to use the shop bought amonia ones which irritated my scalp had a horrible smell and didnt last more than a week , plus my fine hair was breaking which i didnt need at all !!
i looked for something that would colour my hair and not kill it !! this does just that , i have really stubborn white hair at my temples which the permanent amonia colours still didnt touch !! but even though with the gel it still doesnt colour totally im still happier with the results , i have read that putting heat on the harder to colour hair can work and im going to give that try next time , the colours are quite dark , so bear that in mind when you order your shade !

Good product if you want to avoid harsh chemicals
I thought the instructions were very good and followed them to the letter. Unfortunately the final result was darker than expected whilst the roots were lighter even though I did the roots first and then combed the colour on the rest of the hair which by then was too dry. A great natural permanent hair colour with around 90% natural ingredients.
I've been waiting for a just-about permanent hair colour which is made mainly of natural ingredients. I've tried others, but this is the best. It does lighten depending on how many times you wash your hair, but it's the nearest to permanent you can get without using hair colours full of damaging stuff.
Do take note though - on my hair at least, the shades come out far darker than is suggested on the colour samples! Choose your shade with this in mind.Read full review...
