DC04 brush belts.
The belt goes between the drive shaft and the brushbar to make the brushbar turn, and guess what, it works wonderfully. And so far, 5 months later it is still working. Excellent replacement belt
The original belt broke after the Dyson repeatedly tried to suck up a small mat in the hall and eventually burnt through. I bought a no name replacement from a local hardware store which burnt out within minutes. I have had one of these replacement belts running now for some time and even though it smell a bit when the mat disappears up the bottom of the Dyson, the belt is still doing its job.
