Really helps with my neck pain

This really does seem to work. I get a lot of neck pain due to arthritis and after using this it eases it very well.

Not so good as claimed.

Doesn't heat up in the times recommended to heat it up, will take forever and if you put more time, eg 2 mins to heat it to the desired temperature, it will burst-up the contents. Only worked twice and third time it burst-up.Read full review...

Useful icepack

I bought this pack after a foot operation to help reduce swelling. It is much more convenient than trying to use a solid ice pack, it is like a purpose made bag of frozen peas, and doesn't need a cloth barrier against your skin. It doesn't stay really cold for more than about 10 - 15 minutes, and it isn't very big, but was ideal for my requirements. I didn't use it in its heated form, but I would imagine it would be just as useful. Although not cheap, it looks as though it will last well, and is now living in my freezer until needed again.
