A little watery in application but once you can build up a level it does stay in place most of the day.

It does not clump it just glides on, it stays where you put it and does not smudge, I would use no other having used this one. The best I've ever come across highly recommend it.

Odd design

The ball on the end makes it so difficult to do a thin wing and means most of the product comes on way too thick
