Works great under FreeBSD with aggregated links
Bought the HP NC364T to upgrade from a dual port HP Intel card to get extra throughput via aggregating all four ports using LACP .. it works great and as a half-height card can be placed in small form factor machines as well as standard servers.
I am using this under FreeBSD 12.0 as a single LACP aggregated link .. the stats show it load balances over all four ports well after a few hours use:
