Good filter

I bought this to use on the front of the standard lens on a Sony a6000. It has provided protection and has not interfered with the quality of my photos in any way that I have noticed.

Doesn't reduce sharpness, very slight increase in contrast and reduction in brightness

No discernible reduction of sharpness. Small increase in contrast in sky and cloud (desirable), reducing haze in sky, but also increases contrast in light and shadow around trees (less desirable), slight overall darkening (shot at dusk). Difference just discernable. Overall good value as protects lens and works.
