Safer to get a solicitor, but OK if you have a LONG time before POA is likely to be needed.

I admist, I am not sure about the facts, but At times like these sometimes it is difficult to sit quietly and browse a lot of facts which are irrelevant sorting the dross to find the relevant. All important as they may be. I read that I need a "lasting" POA but the in depth description of this leads me to wonder if a Form for an LPOA should have been included in the pack; which is isn't. When I have more time, I will probably delve deeper. But my poor Donor, may have little time left, and it looks as if I will have to go elsewhere to solve this question.Read full review
