Spreads easily to protect metal

Its easy to spread so the tin should last a long time, and easy to buff to a good shine. I am waiting to see if it protects the shine on brass candlesticks. It's given a protective layer to the metal frame of a bathroom mirror. I hope it lives up to its original purpose.Read full review...

I bought this stuff on the recommendation of a bookbinder and use it for maintaining leather-bound books. Unlike the other preparations I've used it is wholly synthetic and does not contain substances like (beeswax) that over time become acidic and end up damaging the leather they were intended to sustain. Not only does 'Renaissance' offer a deep lustre and outstanding protection for leather books, it does a brilliant job with so many other items. I-Pods, computers (bodies and screens), wooden frames, penknives, hi-fi equipment, &c, &c. Its application seem almost limitless. It is easy to use and may be used in the most sparing manner without compronmising the result. I bought a 200ml tin, and given how little is needed for each item it works out a very economical. Top quality wood stock wax preserver

Quality and quantity at at great price.

If you use this product on a regular basis the 3 Litre pail is the way to go. The pail comes with an easy to open and close tight sealing locking lid. Excellent and effective product.

I first discovered and used this polish several years ago. I use it to protect my large bronze garden ornament: I clean and dry the piece, then apply Renaissance polish thinly. It protects my ornament against all weathers. I apply it annually. I have now used it on my indoor brass door handles. They were badly tarnished. I stripped off the varnish, polished them with a good brass polish, and finished with Renaissance polish. It protects from fingerprints and slows down tarnishing. Read full review...
