Maybe fine for 550L but not 500

I could not find a locksmith who would use this key fob. Apparently, there are issues with aftermarket keys for the Fiat 500. According to my dealership, aftermarket keys can ruin the computer on your car and make it unusable.

This may work for a 500L, but for the 500, no locksmith will work with it. Very sad.Read full review
