"Bone" appetit - Delicious health benefits!

I've only been taken the product for about 1 week, but I do like its health benefits. I take 2 softgels at night with dinner and 1 Vitamin K2 + D3 softgel which does help in absorbing the Calcium and Magnesium pills. I don't have a problem swallowing them even though they are large pills because they're softgels and pretty easy to swallow; as a matter of fact they are no larger than my Amino-3 acid (fish oil) softgel pills.Read full review...

I used calcium and magnesium tablets for two years. My calcium level is still low, I have to take 3 tablets a day and it causes me indigestion and stomach pain.
