NOW's Methyl B-12 has proven very helpful physically; the chewable tastes great; A+!

A doctor, who among his skills is also an applied kinesiologist, highly recommended NOW Methyl B-12. Since I was young I've been anemic to the point I could not donate blood. It's extremely difficult to get an IV in me (even had a surgery canceled b/c no one could get in an IV). While nurses and doctors try repeatedly to insert the IV, often they end up putting it in my jugler vein -- a resky procedure. I mention this because since I've taking NOW Methyl B-12, I feel much better, more energetic, and my last blood tests showed considerable improvement.

They are chewable and honesty taste really good. Love the taste but need to be careful not to eat too may. Reminds me of a sweetart.

While it is a bit expensive compared to other B-12 supplements, it's worth it--given the notable results. And after all, how do you put a price on health?! BTW, I am a real customer, not a blogger-for-hire, I very, very rarely write reviews (ie. twice a year), and everything I've written above is absolutely true. BethRead full review
