Love this product. I've tried a few other ones and for my body processed it so much better than the ones that have the big pieces of aloe in it. I measure out my 1-2oz 3x a day and mix it with different drinks. It's helps my digestion and bm' s very well to rid the toxins and I can tell a difference in my inflammation due to chronic pain. I've purchased many brands of aloe gel both for internal and skin external use. This has a pleasant flavor easily mixed into any drink. Is equally wonderful on skin. Has cleared up dry cracking winter skin I just two days time IT WAS BAD!
