the wii fit board is compatible with many wii games that are all geared for moving bodies, and they cover exercise, skiing, golf, and many other interesting subjects. With the Wii Fit program, i was able to 'walk' 3000 steps in 30 minutes, and do some hula hoop motions that tone the obliques and hips.
i bought a second wii fit board that i don't plan to use with the gaming system. i plan to use it as a low step with the music of my choice, and build up my cardio endurance and heart health once again. Fun for middle aged people too
I have 8 children and we got the Wii back when the kids were little. We used it then to play games as a family. I'm over 50 now and I wanted to try to get back in shape. I purchased a Wii fit board and I use it to play games and challenge myself. I find it fun and not really "exercise" so I love doing it.
