When I have trouble falling asleep, i make a cup of of the Bigelow Sweet Dreams Herbal Tea, add a touch of honey and enjoy. I'm usually fast asleep within 30 minutes. No nightmares with typical sleep aids, just a nice restful sleep. I highly recommend this product.Read full review
