You blew your bike tube. Even though it's a tiny hole, throw the whole tube away right? Are you out of your mind? These are glue-less patches. You can actually patch a tire tube while on your ride using these. Simply find the hole in your tube, rub it with the abrasive square, and apply the patch. That's IT! No waiting. No fuss. Once the patch is on put the tube back into your tire and go on your way. I have used five so far and they all held really well. Once covered the hole will not leak.
