A great kettlebell workouts with lighter weights

I usually do workouts with heavier kettlebells so it was interesting for me to try out one with a 4lb kettlebell. You need the lighter one as some parts of the workout are very fast moving. It’s a good entertaining workout that focuses on the movements (there is a slow movement workout too) and the cardio. I’d recommend to anyone!Read full review...
