best training aid ever
ive invested in this old kit as a person who like s to look after themselves physically , I have had 40 years experience training in martial arts jogging and cardio workouts and was looking for a workout I can do at home in the current covid lock downs ,this is a brilliant way of training without going out of the house and paying bucket loads for gym membership that most give up within the first month, it got various workouts and because of the Kinect unit its like having a personal trainer ,its better because it can show how your body aligns on exercise pointing to bad posture and wrong doing during exercises this to me is the major reason injuries occur ,its fun you can do as much or as little as you want as easy or as hard as you want, with what's going on in the world this is the best and safest way to train, at home indoors and safe ,its brilliant and I just don't get why x box or Sony have not kept this updated for the new consoles and probably could improve the programs ,do yourself a big favour get an x box 360 and Kinect and invest in your health and well being ,enjoy ,Read full review...
