This is a history of Mariage Frères tea since it’s beginning in the 18th century, followed by a list and description of its teas as compiled in the 1990’s.
The book is nicely illustrated with woodcut type images in black & white, of old tea adverts and prints of old photos of early tea export photos from the company’s various premises across the world.
As a life-long Mariage Frères tea drinker and customer, I enjoyed this little book very much, and consider it a must-have on the kitchen bookshelf.Read full review...
