Excellent people.....but I am very concerned that you just might stop making it.....I could not live without it that is truthful. To me this is the only cheese that has a flavor....in these times it's practically impossible to get a real flavor of anything since it's all filled in with preservatives, fillers, stretchers, plastic and who knows what.....very upsetting since I am 73 and remember how good bought food tasted in the past. I appreciate your compassion in correcting my original order and my second order was perfect; moreover, I will continue to have your cheese on hand for the rest of my life!
