Special washers should be included in the kit as you will almost certainly need them.

You can get aftermarket rubber bushes for under half the price of this kit but time will tell if these polyurethane bushes will last longer!

The bushes fitted well to the existing wishbone components. However, it would have been better if new special washers in stainless steel were to be included in the kit (Jaguar part number C29975), as the existing washers were slightly corroded.

Not only that, the existing set-up has four special washers per car but it appears the design of the Superflex bushes requires 8 special washers. That is because the original bushes have metal washers also molded into each bush, as well as the special washers on one side only. The Superflex bushes have no washers of any description and so without washers there is nothing to compress the bushes when tightening. The shape of the bushes allows for special washers.

I ended up having to purchase 4 special washers from a Jaguar specialist for an additional; £22.. These would have been an eye-watering £60+postage from Jaguar.Read full review
