Good stuff, Works for me!
Use this with Maca powder, so not sure which has the most effect but have noticed an improvement in both mood and energy and reduction in the headache that plagues me almost non-stop. So I recommend this and the maca powder to help those who are suffering from fatigue and headaches. It helps a great deal, a good combination in my case!
I tried both Rhodiola and Ashwagandha and while the Rhodiola helped with my lack of energy it did nothing form my headache at all, and the Ashwagandha only made me feel much worse. So yes Astragulas and maca together makes me feel much better, maybe not a cure but then again I've only started taking these two just recently and have had instant results, they show me much promise and the some relief I so desperately needed!Read full review...
