Not bad at all

It is not totally invisible but it does work. When you get used to it, it is quite comfortable and it does improve hearing. I don't see the point of this little red knob used to remove the aid as it is easily removable without it. Previously happy; now disappointed

My fiance has lost his his hearing due to an inherited kidney disease. He couldn't get hearing aids through insurance, so I went this route. You should have seen his face when I put the first one in. Total shock. He's so happy & relieved. Thank you.
***Update: Well, he WAS happy. Now he's experiencing constant feedback (the high-pitched squealing in the red one-I adjusted the volume for him with no avail), & the blue one, it's like the sound stops & starts without being adjusted. He was so happy, now he's devastated. I'm pretty upset myself. Added to that, I was charged extra money for shipping; asked for a credit of what I had to pay, no answer.Read full review...
