Best solution for dry cracked skin
Lotil is the only product I know that moisturises and heals those painful skin splits across the knuckles and along side the nail. Hands are taking a bashing with the increased hand washing and use of anti bac soap, they were so sore and I was finding it hard to grip. Thanks to Lotil we are back on track.
