Dioralyte Review after half marathon

Hi I recently completed a Half Marathon on a hot day and not used to running this distance.
I ended up with severe muscle leg cramps. I was given Dioralyte to try by a friend afterwards and it seemed to really
help rehydration and replace lost body salts stopping the leg cramps within a few moments. Would def recommend 12th Sept, 2016 Wirral.

I am chronically ill and diarrhoea can make me close to fainting - this stuff pulls me out of a bad place. The larger sachets include ground cooked rice and this seems to help.
