incompetent, supplied an incorrect part.
Whilst the correct vehicle was specified and confirmed on the invoice the part supplied did not fit in any respect. As I had already booked the vehicle in to have this part fitted, I had no choice but have the mechanics cut and weld this part using parts of the broken original in order to make it fit.
