You got what you paid for :-)

The seller has been honnest and crystal clear: these are replicas, not original Pentax body caps.
Nevertheless, I expected a bit more accurate replica. The caps cannot be easily turned. They block, are hard to put on and to remove. The mount slots are not accurate. It does not stop when the dot is at the top. With a few adjustements everything is then fine. Therefore it remains an exceptionnal value but lacks accuracy. Hence the title: you got what you paid for.

Twists on tightly and keeps out dust, says "Pentax" and is attractive. It's an after-market cap for a good price and once you twist it on and off a few times, it works perfectly. MUCH PREFERRED over OEM "push-on" caps made by Pentax. Those fall off. This doesn't. Recommended.Read full review...
